I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Casa Tere. The atmosphere felt welcoming and homey, which I loved. The breakfast was delicious every morning, especially for my kids who enjoyed the traditional arepas. The location is perfect for exploring, with easy walking access to the walled city and local attractions. On the downside, our pool experience was slightly compromised due to some maintenance issues. Overall, I can't wait to return.

Overall, the hotel had a great location and offered a very clean experience, but the check-in process was chaotic due to ongoing construction. The room was small and lacked windows, impacting our comfort during the stay. Breakfast was decent, but there were limitations in options. Despite some frustrating elements like the mini fridge checkout procedure, the location in Getsemani allowed easy access to local attractions.

The hotel is ideally located in Cartagena, close to vibrant local areas, with a great atmosphere and beautiful decorations. The rooms were a bit of a letdown, as mine was small and lacked windows, but the bed was quite comfortable. The staff was attentive and made me feel at home, making the stay enjoyable overall.
